Firstly, chop the onions finely.
Melt a spoon of butter in the frying pan
and fry the onions slightly for about 5 minutes or until it is soft.
Make sure the onions do not turn brown.
Pre-heat the oven to 180o
C (350o F).
Season the fish with the onion and butter
sauce together with some salt and pepper
Line the oven dish with some butter and
put the fish in. Then put in the rest of the butter before covering the
dish with a foil.
Bake the cod fish for 20 minutes.
Once the fish is cooked, pour out the
sauce into a pan. Make sure you cover back the fish with the foil in
order to keep it hot.
Put the pan over a medium fire, pour in
the lemon juice, chopped parley and whisk it until the sauce turn
slightly creamy and opaque.
Pour the sauce over the cod fish and
serve immediately when it is still hot.
